Licensed Massage Therapist Loretta Dalia from the Ed & Phyllis Davis Wellness Institute at Southampton Hospital, will demonstrate self-massage techniques for the feet. Applying pressure to reflex areas on your feet can promote health to specific corresponding organs, glands, and other parts of your body. You’ll practice these techniques on yourself.
