Tai Chi, Yang Style 24 Movements Form is a healing martial art. The study and practice of Tai Chi utilizes the ancient Chinese philosophy of Yin and Yang. This class will help participants develop techniques that promote the integration of mind, body, energy, and spirit. Learn how to use the Yang Style 24 Movements Form, for the purpose of developing internal and external strength as well as overall stability and balance.
