Get a jumpstart on school readiness by joining the 1000 Books Before Kindergarten program. Come to the Library and add your child’s name to our book train, receive a bookmark and prizes. Books For Babies Program Sponsored by the Friends Is there a newborn in your family? We’ll honor your “new beginning” with a book purchased for our circulating library to which your newborn’s name and birthdate will be added. This program was launched in 2000 and our first crop of newborns have recently graduated high school!
