Catholic Health Mobile Outreach Bus

The bus provides free health screening to adults 18 and older by a Catholic Health registered nurse. Health screenings include blood pressure check, cholesterol, body mass index and glucose screenings along with patient education and referrals as needed. No appointments are necessary for members of the community. Insurance is not required.
