COPING WITH ANXIETY – WHAT TO KNOW AND WHAT TO DO
Wednesday, November 4, 7-8pm
Teens and Parents
Anxiety can present itself in many ways, especially during changing and challenging times. You are not alone. Join Jaclene Jason, PhD, Program Director from South Oaks Hospital for helpful information. For teens, learn useful coping skills and strategies. For parents, become familiar with what to look for in teens who may be struggling with anxiety, how to avoid inadvertently reinforcing it and how to build confidence, as well as obtain information regarding what treatment looks like. Questions encouraged. Feel free to watch anonymously without cameras.
Register at cutchoguelibrary.org for a Zoom link.
