What is gelatin? Gelatin is a kind of protein made of long, thin molecules. When it’s cold, it’s solid and when it’s hot, it’s a liquid. Find out exactly how gelatin can impact the texture of food in a science experiment to make edible pomegranate juice spheres. Try sprinkling the spheres over ice cream while enjoying the movie, shown at 2pm!
