Join Rita Winkler,owner of Vines and Branches (Greenport), for an olive oil/balsamic vinegar seminar. Rita will share her knowledge and the history of the various types of olive oils and vinegars. Samples of different dips and spreads that make quick appetizers will be featured. Participants will leave with copies of the recipes. A great way to get started on your holiday entertaining menu.
