Stephen Quandt participated in a spay/neuter and research campaign for the dogs that were descended from the pets left behind after the Chernobyl nuclear disaster of 1986. With humor and lightheartedness Stephen tells of his experience working with dogs and the people who remain at the Chernobyl site. The zoom link will be emailed the day of the class.
