ALL THE LITTLE ITALYS
Wednesday, September 9, 7pm Zoom
Celebrate your “inner Italian” with a trip to Italy right here in New York. Between 1880 and 1920, over four million Italians entered the United States. Those who settled in New York’s neighborhoods made their cultural imprint on the city. With several Little Italys to visit in New York’s boroughs, there’s plenty to see and do. We’ll take a “tour” through each one, with an indepth look at attractions: restaurants, markets, bakeries, and shops: all that makes them uniquely Italian. Email Kathy@southoldlibrary.org to register.
