With the holiday season approaching, take time out to ask yourself, “What do I want from the holidays this year?” Most people respond, “To be happy.” Being happy is a simple statement that has nothing to do with what you give, what you get, where you’re going, or who’s coming. It’s about centering one’s spirit by living in the present moment and being filled with thanks. This seminar is divided into three segments: lecture, meditation and a question-and-answer period.
