Will be held at the C.E. Bldg of the Southold Presbyterian Church (downstairs)
You will be guided through several techniques:
(breathing, listening, and meditation), to aid you in decreasing daily stress and anxiety. Courtney will discuss the power of your thoughts and how you can become more mindful in the way you think and feel. You will also learn how to use several common herbs that can make you feel centered and in tune while on your transition of living in ease. Discussion with Q&A follows.
