The new Southold Town Comprehensive Plan is now available online and in the Library. You are welcome to visit us and read the report or check out a copy for three days. This report represents a community-wide effort to plan for the future of the Town of Southold. This Plan is an official public document to be used to guide the development of our community. It provides the basis for the zoning and other land use regulations found in the Town Code and is designed to help shape the future Town policy decisions.
