Any adult Southold Free Library patron in good standing may reserve a pass.
Southold Free Library now has 2 kinds of passes: Print-on-demand and pickup/return passes. Print-on-demand passes must be printed out by the patron prior to going to the Museum. Depending on the pass, the loan period will be for either 1 or 3 days. The patron who reserves the print-on-demand pass must be one of the individuals that will visit the Museum and must bring their photo ID to the Museum. Landcraft Garden Foundation and the Southold Historical Museums are 1-day print-on-demand passes.
All pickup/return passes, except the Harbes Barnyard Adventure pass, are good for 3 days. The Harbes pass is pickup/return same day. The first day of a 3-day pickup/return pass is day 1. Day 3 is 2 days later and the pass must be returned by 6pm on the third day.
Contact the Museum directly for information regarding the rules and regulations of a particular pass including parking, directions, days of operation, etc.

A household may take out a particular pass 2 times per month. Passes may be reserved for the current month plus the next full month. Rain does not cancel a reservation.
Late fees of $5.00 per day will be added to your account if a pickup/return pass is not returned by the due date.
If a pickup/return pass is lost or stolen, a replacement charge will be added to your account.
The Library is not responsible if a pickup/return pass is not returned on time.
